Where does PUFFLE currently deliver?
PUFFLE currently sells and delivers in Lebanon only.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 1–4 days. Timing is handled by the delivery company and may be updated in the theme settings if the service changes.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery in Lebanon is free on orders above $20. Shopify calculates the applicable delivery amount at checkout.
Which payment methods are available?
Cash on Delivery and Whish Pay are currently supported. The payment options shown by Shopify at checkout are authoritative.
What is the return period?
Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached and proof of purchase. Contact support@getpuffle.com before returning an item.
Who pays return delivery costs?
PUFFLE covers return delivery when the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer covers return delivery.
How are Cash on Delivery refunds handled?
After the returned item is received and inspected, PUFFLE contacts the customer to arrange the agreed refund method. This is necessary because a Cash on Delivery payment cannot be automatically reversed to a card.
How can I hear when an item is back in stock?
Use the back-in-stock email form when it is available on the product page. Notifications are managed through the connected email app.
