Yes! We frequently restock popular items. If a specific color or style is unavailable, you can sign up for notifications on the product page to be alerted when it’s back.

How do I clean my bag?
To clean your PUFFLE Bag, gently wipe it with a soft cloth, warm water, and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or machine washing to maintain its quality.

Can I change my order?
If you need to modify your order, please contact us at support@getpuffle.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, changes can only be made if the order has not yet been shipped.

When will I receive my order?

Lebanon: 24-72 hours (Free shipping)

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours on business days (excluding public holidays).

How do I return my order?
We only accept returns in the case of defective items. If your bag arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement bag at no additional cost.
